Locate connector X2377 where all those wires are connected under the same hub. Take the hub connector apart. Differentiate with multimeter which of those lines comes from the fuse F02 supply. Measure resistance against ground on all other wires to locate the one which is shorted. Leave that shorted line out and connect other back together.
