I had that happen with my extended warranty company too. All pretty normal procedure when the dollar amount is large or when they feel that there is too much work. Just remember that they are running a business too and they need to make money also. Otherwise, why offer the warranty. Unfortunately, my extended warranty went out of business and I am left holding the bag. Good luck.
