Silly question, but did you use wiring harness adapter between the radio and the car? I only ask that because the amp trigger wire is usually called out, or are you “hard wiring” this in!

I realize that doesn’t help but you might jump on cruthfield and look at one of their harnesses and see if you can count the pin out, that should point you to the amp trigger wire in the factory harness.
