Found out why I blew the hose off the new expansion tank....

The o-ring under this beveled washer was crap and as I found out that when I put it back on I smashed it and it allows pressure behind the bevel and overcame the spring clip upon shutdown. (Ask me how I know)

I just cut it off and put a screw clamp on until I get my replacement hose this week [emoji1696]but on the bright side my heavy duty expansion tank is rated for 7.5 bar[emoji28]
