DeJoy was unanimously confirmed and not one person raised the idea that he was going to be a political shill for Trump. He actually has a lot of knowledge in the shipping industry and both sides felt that he could fix the problems at USPS. Which posted a 9 billion dollar loss last year and has been a money pit for over 30 years. The postal service does have enough funds on hand today that they can operate without additional funding for at least another year, so I think most of the worries are just politicians stirring up people.
I am someone who votes by absentee ballot (and has for over 15 years) I have zero issues with them although I do have a huge problem with un-requested bulk mailing of ballots because there is zero accountability (chain of custody) of them. So it would be super easy for an individual to grab X number of ballots from mailboxes and fill them out for the candidate of their choice. That would disenfranchise another person's vote for each additional ballot submitted and in today's world of hyperpartisan broad brush painting.....
Well let's just say it looks like (judging solely based on comments) many folks would be more than willing to vote "often" because they hate the other political party over actually believing that one candidate is better than the other.
