Silicone is now applied to crack. Still have 301 code but the code did move to cylinder 4 when I swapped it out. The multiple misfire code is gone now.
I also figured I should check and clean the disa valve.
considering motor does have 160,000 miles on it. I did check and clean the 2 vanos solenoids in the front of the motor also btw.
Look what I found! This would have alot to do with misfires, cat codes, and the loud rattle that drives me nuts. I could put the flapper back on but it spins freely. (I cant see any hole where air flows through either...) Is this type completely sealed?
