I wouldn't do it. A) I've never had luck retorquing bolts to stop an oil leak on BMWs. The gasket material they use hardens and that's what causes leaks. The only fix is replacement. B) Aluminum fasteners are generally torque-to-yield which means they are very close to sheering when originally installed. They are very easy to sheer by accident so I'd leave them alone.
