Search Aliexpress for LQ065T9BR51U or LQ065T9BR51. Don't get the ones with ribbon cables on the bottom and sides, you need the one with the connectors on the back. You can also find them on eBay but will be more expensive.

This thread has a lot of info: https://xoutpost.com/bmw-sav-forums/...v-monitor.html

Replacement instructions are here: https://www.germanaudiotech.com/page...e46-and-e53-x5

Just a bit of caution: I ordered LQ065T9BR51U, but I received LQ065T9BR53U. The screen works fine but the viewing angle is off and it's not as easy to read in direct sunlight as the OEM one. I was a bit annoyed at getting the wrong part number but not worth the hassle of replacing again.

Any of these parts will work (but 51 is the original and the viewing angle might be wrong for the others):
LQ065T9BR51
LQ065T9BR52
LQ065T9BR53
LQ065T9BR54
LQ065T9BR51U
LQ065T9BR52U
LQ065T9BR53U
LQ065T9BR54U
I had the same problem. Very important to get the correct part number or the viewing angle will be off.

After trying that I said screw it and installed the AVin Avant 4. Best money I've spent on my truck so far. Fantastic improvement over stock! I highly recommend it. You'll need the long cable to connect to everything in the rear, but it is essentially plug and play. You'll be able to make use of the existing GPS antenna as well. They are also set up to accept TV input.
