To be fair, in February. Literally 99% of the country was not a hot spot and could have been considered okay to not follow guidelines.

This is what bugs me. Pelosi CLEARLY ignored guidelines because it was convenient to do so. Also later visiting a hair salon (she wasn't the only one who did this). Talk about not leading by example. News casters were looking disheveled and streaming from home. Then, you have those defending what she did rather than just admitting she screwed up. Each side thinks their own can do no wrong or will justify those wrongs with crazy levels of mental gymnastics.

Very discouraging.

Happy, I agree with you that San Francisco (and other CA metropolitan areas) are managed terribly. The representatives from those areas in Congress care for their constituents about as much as Donald Trump does. Meaning very little. I am angry with Trump. But I am equally angry with all the other members of the government. Singling Trump out with such vitriol is like trying to put out the fire on one tree in a forest fire. They're all self-serving scum bags which has become blatantly apparent by the handling of the stimulus/recovery packages that have rolled out during the last 6 months. Very selectively helping the polar opposite economic classes and disproportionately assisting corporations. Almost completely leaving the average working class citizen aspiring to reach the middle class or in the middle class to fend for themselves (and foot the bill).
