I might consider going back to the place that installed your current solution and see if they can lend a hand, seems odd it went from left to right not log after the amp was replaced, may indicate other issues or, fingers crossed, you just got an amp that "that" channel failed on.
Again, unless your in to tear down, I would pull the amp, gran that part number, search it in google and simply replace it and see what happens. - Would be nice though if you could get your $100 back from the prior company that obviously installed another week or bad amp....

Thanks for your answer, I asked them if they can repair it as it was not long ago they put it my car, they answered that there is no guaranty on used parts.
Those numbers in the picture are the only numbers I found on the amp. and using them I couldn't reach the same part on the internet, I did not know which numbers I should use.
Aren't there any headunits that can match my car without needing to draw new cables?
