There are a number of units that will install “directly” in to the car with the correct mounting kit and harness adapter yes, but they will all run through the factory amp unless you bypass it. I don’t have the wiring diagram on hand but the factory display units inputs and outputs run into and out of the factory amp so it would/should be possible to bypass the amp directly at the amp plug. Would take some searching to identify the correct input and output colors but tying input to output would bypass the amp and allow you to use any amplified head unit without the factory amp. Unfortunately, with the factory amp in the way, I don’t think any head unit would work as that output side of the amp is likely dead.
