or how about that extra duh hicky on the positive battery terminal ? Can that block any charge from charging circuit from going to battery ? I was previously hooking charger up under the hood. But suspected that might be the problem ; so I hooked up my 13 amp charger directly to the battery in the back. When I did that it went up to 15 amps charging and kicked out after 5 minutes.
