The OPG takes about 10 hours start to finish so most indys do it for $1500 and the stealership wants more towards $2500. I did mine in just about a week for a $35 Genuine BMW gasket with a $15 tube of Dreibond sealant and was a lot easier than I expected heading in. Since you have to drop the subframe to gain access to the OPG, the mounts are right there with only 2 bolts holding them to the subframe once it's out.
You could always increase your idle speed 50 RPM with a Foxwell scanner and it should ease your vibrations but that is only a band-aid, you should fix it right by replacing the mounts.
