I won’t say all Costco’s are bad but I will say the Costco that my father in law used (I begged him not to) broke 2 of his studs and didn’t say a word, they just popped 4 lugs back on two tires and sent him down the road. He came by the house next day to show me “their great work” and tell me about “the great deal they gave him” which is when I asked him about the missing lugs only to find out they were completely broken studs...
Ran back over with him and the manager actually accused him of “messing with it after he picked it up and breaking them himself”... the dudes 73 years old... Needless to say after calling Costco Corporate and having to file a complaint in writing, they fixed their issue - after three weeks!
I’d get their best price and then hit the local Firestone, Goodyear, etc and have it done by actual tire guys [emoji106]. Firestone will almost always bend over backwards to price match in an effort to take your business from the competition, I’d give it a shot.
