Unless Oregon has an exception to the exaception you are probably ok. Don't reset codes it starts the clock over.

I usually find It takes two trips from Racine to chicago before the EVAP monitor gets set on the cars I maintain (75 miles one way with a mix of every type of road speeds). From my read of Oregon rules they dont charge until you pass so if only EVAP unset you should pass. They guys at the test station won't likely know the answer. Two years ago when I had a truck that refuaed to set the EVAP I took it anyhow (a fail gets you a one month extension in WI), I asked the guy he said fail if any unset ten minutes before he gave me the pass receipt with EVAP unset.
