Was that image quote from something in Oregon? I've found multiple accounts of people failing because of not having one monitor set (some states have an all-but-one rule) and some mentioning evap specifically. So maybe they except the evap monitor, but I hadn't seen that anywhere.
The process of testing is a giant hassle, especially for this vehicle I don't drive much, so despite it not costing me anything, I'm not looking to just keep trying when I can see my own readiness monitor state.
Thanks for the feedback on the trips though. I can't remember the last time I put in 75 miles in this car, so it will really suck if I have to go burn dino juice at that level to make it set, but...maybe I will have to.
