Whenever I fire up BMW Scanner 1.4.0 I get a report of al the options on the car, and I see '0522 - Xenons' in the list. However, the scanner later goes through searching all the modules that are on the communication bus of the car.

When it does that search, I can see that there are two modules XENL and XENR (Xenon left and right , respectively) which the scanner always says it could not find.

Should those 2 modules have been found since I have Xenons?

Actually, what hardware should be there visible to the human eye (without taking the car apart) and reported on the scanner software when you have Xenons?
