Towtruck on its way, lets hope gets easier from here. Not sure what they screwed up or did they follow instructions but we shall see. Should have spent the extra $300 and gotten OEM springs installed at local BMW. At least it would have been warrantied unlike these guys who do not on customer supplied parts.
