OK new update, service manger called me and let me know that they were able to get it running after trying to start it spraying carb cleaner.

It ran for a few minutes and then died out. So now instead of cracking the valve cover they are testing the fuel delivery system with thought that they are seeing good pressure but not getting the volume of fuel that is expected.....
