You then need to identify the component upstream that is not repeating the fiber signaling. A flashlight into the fiber will show as a white dot on the other end. Thank you for the response. I'll take a look at the modules that are accessible without tearing things apart. I know there are several modules in that loop...would you happen to know what they are? I'll come back with photos of what I can access. Thank you once again.
