Door function control module preventing sleep mode, power drain.

Today I made progress in diagnosed my overnight power drain— Fuse 20 responsible for “door function control module, driver side”.

I was already noticing some problems related to the driver side door with fuse in (and thus some of the following may be the underlying issue).

With fuse IN;
- Can’t lock driver side door with key fob, have to insert key manually.
- Driver window is always “active”, even with car off no matter what the condition is and other driver-side window controls follow expected conditions. I can always roll up or down the driver window no matter what.
- Car doesn’t enter sleep mode
- Passenger side mirror frequently “twitches” like it’s trying to adjust itself with no input.

With fuse OUT:
- Notably, car can enter sleep mode and parasitic drain is no more
- Security system doesn’t arm
- Obviously can’t use any window switches on driver side, and still have to manually lock

Seems to me to be an electronic issue. any guidance on how to proceed?
