If you add a couple gallons of fuel and the symptoms go away = siphon jet.

Wife's car had similar problems and it was the FPR. Hook up a fuel pressure gauge and leave overnight. It should still have pressure.

Use the hidden OBC menu to read the two fuel gauges. I dont know the exact values for e70 but will be similar to e53 where the right level will hit some value and stay there. If right drops below that level (1.4L for e53), that means the siphon jet is not working.

It looks like there is a different setup with e70 where there is a hose from the right to left presumable from the FPR prob built right into the pump assembly.

I opened up the left side a little bit and key on the gas sprayed out like a morning pee. (o-ring failure)
