I have started getting this CEL consistently now, is it just the thermostat that needs replacing? currently the temp needle always looks good right i the middle with no over heating

i bought my 4.8is 2 years ago @ 109k miles and currently have 130k and have had a great time with it. seems like its time for some maintenance now.

entire cooling system is stock.

i had hoped when i went to FCP euro site that clicking on the cooling system group for my car would show a nice little cooling system bundle that would make it easy but they dont. im used to that when it comes to the e46.

is there a list of the parts I need to get to do a complete cooling system refresh including water pump, radiator, hoses, expansion tank etc?

i also saw on facebook groups some people replacing a pipe under the intake manifold and then they mention that that pipe is included with the intake manifold gasket kit and its not part of the normal cooling system refresh.

does this mean i should place on doing some type of intake manifold gasket maintenance as well to get to that pipe too?
