Thanks. Just added a few more items including the expansion tank, level sensor as well as the t-stat for the trans cooler. I'm planning to go the AGA pipe route so I don't have to take the front end apart but have thought about replacing any o-rings up front to be proactive, as you say. I just replaced the vacuum tube to the brake booster this past summer...because it was clicking. But may as well rebuild the vacuum pump, too. Do you have a kit you would recommend?


It already appears as though my vanos solenoid valve o-ring is leaking. So I'll plan on that as well.
