US dealers hated that BMW put it all in one, making it a $6500 (?) option. They pressed BMW to take AD out of it, saying 'we can sell the trim shit for $$$, but that weird AD stuff is too expensive" So they split out a $4500AD and a 2200 trim pkg.


So BMW did. The "Sport package" became "Sport Activity Package". If I recall.
