Look at this post and see if your adjustment knobs are the same (mine is an 04) =>
http://www.xoutpost.com/95908-post9.html If you look closely, you CAN turn the black knobs that mates to the white knobs with your hand...but a phillip screwdriver on the white knobs is a better choice. The white knob that you want to control up and down is the one toward the center of the hood...a counterclockwise turn will adjust it UP. The knobs toward the fender adjust left and right...a counterclockwise turn on that one will adjust it toward the DRIVER side. Hope that was the answer that you're looking for?
