Thanks for the offer, I did find this YouTube Tutorial on setting up BMW Scanner 1.4 on Windows. I think it's pretty good.

My problem is getting a hold of the cable. Amazon now says they have it, but they won't ship it to California. Other sources all seem problematic.

I went ahead and ordered a Carly adapter just to try it out. I absolutely HATE their business model but it is returnable (and supposedly the license fee can be refunded in the first 14 days too.). Thinking about getting the Foxwell too since that's easy to return and it would be interesting to see the comparison of what codes get read and can be addressed on both my cars (old one's got a few problems I'm trying to address). All while I wait to find a damn iSaddle cable.

I have read of people damaging modules by doing aggressive coding with Carly and that has me a bit concerned, but I plan to be very conservative.
