We got cam related errors one of which was near identical to yours and confirmed with real-time tracking. We had a third motor we cannibalize for a replacement and the problems went away.

Slow responding vanos can also be oil pressure related and I've seen that issue go away when changing the oil filter on my wife's car and when I changed the oil filter cap on a client's car.

(The basket that holds the paper filter was no longer solidly fixed to the cap)
