im sorry for the confusion and my bad english.
1. I have replaced this part: EGR boost control (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/For-BMW-X...-/352237914090)

2. I only turned off the DPF from the car and not the EGR !!! The EGR was cleaned just to make sure there was no dirt in it.

3. YES, my e53 has electric controlled turbo that is not vacum controller like earlier models.

Soooooo finally i took the car again to the turbocharger repair shop and they have replaced the actuator module. it was a known issue for them when i explained again the problem that i had with the the car that it would work fine when starting or when it was cold .... but after a while you would feel low boost etc or poor acceleration after 2nd gear..

AND FINALLY my issue is solved for now with no Smooth Running errors , if they appear again well ... it will be time to check other things . (i hope not )
