As far as i remember i do , but i will have to test again tomorrow just to make sure that i have power on front axle. The only thing i feel sometimes like a little "scratching sound" below the car mostly on hard acceleration

The only fix that i did on transfer case was the fluid change and adaption that has been done a while ago when i bought the car from Switzerland.

I don't know if a failing transfer case actuator will trigger that error code..
