Usually TC problems will present at low speed high torque I don't think you are looking at TC issues. Look into the CSB center support bearing.

The feeling (becouse there is no noise) below the car accompanied with a little bit of vibration happens on hard acceleration and it is even more noticeable when the steering is moving .
Is there any thread for the fuse test ?
When i purchased this car it has a hard clicking noise from below and sound , i replaced only the Transfer Case oil with an oem one and issue was resolved..
