No problem.
Both are good tires. I run Nittos in the front and Pirelli Pzeros in the rear on my E53 in sizes described above.
On the F15 we run stock sizes, Continental Extreme Contacts in the rear (315/35/20) and Continental Control Contacts in the front (275/40/20). Took this setup off our E70 and have put about 20k+ miles on the setup with no issues. Tires still holding up nicely.
