Honestly you should just dump it into the tank when it's empty, the day before you fill up.



One of those cleaners maybe 8 or 12 ounces? And if you put a half a tank of gas on top (let's say diluted it in 12 gallons of gas) then you are diluting it to about 0.5% concentration.



When you take your car into the dealer and pay them for a "fuel injector cleaning" they will unplug your fuel pump and hook up a bottle of that same cleaner directly to the fuel rail, and let it idle on that instead of gas until it's gone. So it is OK to run at 100% concentration. And even then, it's difficult to identify the problem that it actually solves.
