The OPG is an almighty pain because of the front drive/diff assembly. The front end is usually dropped with the engine supported. A buddy of mine has done a number of VC/VCG and the last one he did on his son's car took 2.5 hours and he did the OFHG while he was at it.
If you decide to do the VC & OFHG do not forget to prime the oil system.
Why did they not find all these? Because they only like to find "repairs" they will get paid for or the 150 point inspection was more like 5 points.
My CPO required 11 return visits to the $tealer and then I gave up and just used my own indy for the last of the repairs.
I would shop around the indy shops in your area and see if you can get a better price. There is also a DIY for the OPG that does not need the front end being dropped because you cut and patch the gasket. I'd be inclined to Permatex the gasket anyway.
