If you're willing to learn and spend the time, you can fix it.
Locate the draw first. Check all fuses for draw.
Remove the FSU like Andrew said, see what happens.
You will fix it if you're willing to put effort into this.
Get inpa, ista, bmw scanner and scan all modules for errors.
Forget about obdii scanner, likely will be totally useless
