I dropped the hard to reach third bolt. Since I had a 10 mm socket out, I remove the lower plastic skid plate to retrieve it. The bolt was not there. The front corner has a separate open area. Since two screws are missing, pulled the panel back and found the bolt. I saved the bolt for later installation. Once I found it, I wondered if I could reach up and screw it on. My smallest ratchet will work better to reach it. Two zip ties were used to secure the panels. Next time I have time, I'll reach through fog light hole to install it.
