Well, I went ahead and ordered the parts earlier than expected. I'm putting-off the Cobalt brake overhaul another week, until I can get help from a friend. So, I'll soon be installing the new fan, and can drive the X5 (I've only driven it 11 miles since I traded for it with that friend). And, I also ordered a replacement for a broken intake tube, and another tool (never enough) for my X5 kit.

I'm sure I'll need to fabricate something or another to make it work, but I've installed probably 15 on other vehicles, before.
