Left adaptive headlight does not turn

Hello friends, greetings from Indonesia!!
My car, E83 X3 2.5si N52N B25 RHD Automatic transmission experienced similar condition but it happened on the driver side where the headlight lens stuck on pointing to the right.
Can you show me the photo of the mechanical lever that popped out of the socket?
