I'm certainly in agreement with that. As originally, cv19 is being highly politicized and having a democratic POTUS is not going to be a cure to the virus anymore than a republican one.
The most important thing to do is get vaccinated and try not to be super out of shape so your body's defenses aren't weak. The next important thing to do is to not be an a$$hole because others choose not to get vaccinated. That's their choice, if they want to take that calculated (or uncalculated risk) so be it. If more people die... Then that's life, we can't save everyone, and frankly with the regulation that would be required to do that, I wouldn't want to try to save everyone.
^That position has changed since the release of the vaccines. Before it was more important to regulate (lockdowns, etc) as individuals didn't have a way to protect themselves. Those who lost their lives before a choice was available is, and will always be, sad.
