For $10, you can have a new piece for all 4 windows ready to install when the next one goes! I only recently installed the first two, but they appear to be a slightly more durable piece than the stock one.

Otherwise, you can also just buy a new regulator. I've probably replaced about a dozen over the years in my BMW's and came to the conclusion that the cheapest $25 ones are essentially as good (actually bad) as the OE BMW ones.
