That seems optimistic for a first-timer. I have done five window regulators now and I could probably do all four in an afternoon if I had to (about an hour each). I think the first one I did took me about three hours to figure out and get all buttoned back up.
I will agree though, that this is squarely in DIY territory. There's nothing particularly complicated about it. Make sure not to turn the car on without the airbags hooked up, so that you don't get the airbag light on the dash. I am guessing OP doesn't have the right tool to reset the light.
Also, OP, you may be able to get away with just replacing the clips rather than the entire regulator. Replacement clips can be had for IIRC $10-20.
