To correct the steering wheel aim properly you'd have to re-do do the connection at the rack.

Maybe can be fixed by disconnecting at the u-joint so don't have to move the rack and can be done from the engine bay.

If you moved the steering wheel inisde you'll throw off zero degrees on the steering angle sensor.

There is really no chance the subframe moved enough to cause that much steering wheel angle from my understanding.

The "easy fix" is to just adjust the toe. You will affect your turn radius slightly since the rack will be slightly farther left or right at "zero degrees".
