There is a difference in how key memory works if the key fob is used vs. the key blade.

I used to have the exact problem you describe and would have to hit my M1 memory regularly to undo the mystery key memory.

The solution; get in the car.

Once the troll setting is done adjusting, recall your memory setting.

Now roll down your window.

Reach out and lock and unlock with the key blade.

This fix worked for me any time it ever came up. I never figured out what magic of somebody moving my seat and key use that got the key memory not synced.
