Final post on the issue, I apologize for the delay. Took four weeks to get the lock and ended up not being the issue, so I have a spare lock now. Issue ended up being the cable going to the inside door handle. The outer casing had two kinks effectively shortening the cable length and not allowing the lock to release fully. New cable and all is right in the world. Thanks again to all that replied, really appreciated the assist.
