Tons of DIYS on the internet, you can search for them.

Basically, a few tips...

1. The X5 is heavy, so I use 2 jack stands for safety. I posted photos in bimmerfest E39 forum...

2. Rotor retainig bolt is 6-mm. Here can use an L-shaped key.

3. The sliding bolt is 7-mm. I find the socket being much better than the L-shaped key. Clean the inside of the bolt with a tiny screwdriver bc if you don't,
the 7-mm socket may not "bite" properly ---> Stripped bolt!

4. As long as you don't allow the reseroir to go empty during bleeding, no need for any special tool such as INPA, Foxwell and all that jazz...
