I understand the concern XD. Yes the ignition was on. And update: I got my INPA to work after I wiggled my key in the ignition. My guess is something in my lock cylinder is messed up. Every once in a while I would turn the key to start and it would just make a single click and nothing, but work when I try again. Both my keys are also dead when the sort of worked before. I think that could mess up my OBD port as well.
