Good eye fellas. The plates are Minnesota. Lots of the exotica out here have out-of-state plates to avoid CA's higher registration fees, I presume.

The "clear" bra was awful. It was translucent and had a sandpaper texture. It is what makes the headlights look foggy. Here is a high res picture to show how bad it is. All that money and the guy couldn't get a true clear bra.
