Agreed - the 10+ rate is a good price, and I'm in either way... but it may be worth a call to Hoen to clarify, b/c I think that when they quote a 10+ or 20+ rate, the discount applies to all of the buyers the comprise that number - not just those that waited in the wings until after the number was reached. (for those that already paid, maybe they will credit back the additional 10% if you clarify it with them before the orders are placed... ?)

thank you .. yes.. I have confirm this back and forth just to be sure.. 10+ @ $24.65 (15% off).. I was begging for more and more of a discount.. then he drop to...
AFTER the 20+ order they can do a discount of 25% ($21.75)... They could just left it as just 15% off... 1-20 will be at 15% off 20+ will be 25%... And this is thru a very good friend at a local performance shop.... I've checked with Hoen's.. they will NOT do any Group Buy..
