I can't seem to reach a screw for the shock mount due to a plastic piece being in the way. Does anyone know how to remove the cargo holder rail in the trunk as the plastic piece seems to be connected to that.

I tried following the instructions below, but it seems the poster of the DIY does not have the cargo rails in the trunk, but just the tie down points.
