Working and researching lean codes, I can provide info. P1174/P1175 are likely O2 sensor reading errors. I've corrected those by using OEM sensors. P0174/P0175 are engine component issues. Faulty fuel injectors, bad plugs, vacuum leaks, and oil burning. Since the cam sensor appears, I would start there. A graphing scanner would be great right now. Knowing fuel trims or graphing O2 data would be helpful.
